Please keep in mind that all items in this shop are completely handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may be present.
Hopefully, you will, as I do, see any small imperfection as part of what makes a personally hand-made item unique. After all, we are, none of us, perfect!

Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items
I want you to be happy with your order, however if you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. I only accept returns in limited circumstances and only on a case-by-case base. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case base. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges and the item must be received by Seller within 14 days of Buyer’s and Seller’s communication.

Custom/Personalized Orders:
Please be aware that I cannot accept returns of custom/personalized orders.
Custom/Personalized orders are Final unless damaged upon arrival. This is because these items are tailored to the Buyer’s specifications, making them less likely to be resold. Please ensure you are happy with your design before placing your order.
Custom/Personalized orders need to be placed as a separate order from any other order.
In order to start Custom Order a deposit of ½ is due up front (non refundable) and the remaining balance is due Prior to shipping.
Custom/Personalized orders must have ½ amount deposit prior to starting order. Balance is due prior to shipping.
To ensure accuracy, no modifications or cancelations may be made once a Custom/Personalized order has been started.
RUSH ORDERS - INSTOCK ONLY POLICY
I’ve instituted a RUSH ORDER fee for any customer who would like their order made faster than my regular turn-around time. If you would like to upgrade to RUSH ORDER (turn-around of 1-2 business days, rather than 7+ businessdays), please contact me PRIOR to placing your order. Not all items can be made in 1 – 2 days. The fee is $30+ depending on the item.
I’ve instituted this fee because – to be fair to all my customers – I don’t allow any customer to ‘cut the line’. Instead, if you need your order faster than normal, I actually work overtime hours to get it done.
Cancellations
If it is imparitive to cancel your order please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.

Packaging
Depending on size of order, items will be shipped in either an envelope or cardboard box. Flat-packing method saves considerable shipping costs.
Each item is reinspected prior to shipping.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment. If for some reason this cannot be done, I will contact you and let you know. I make every piece myself, by hand, from raw materials – you are not getting factory-made.
Missing Items
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the mail until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.
